COVID-19: Masjid is Currently Open for Prayers

March 2021 Update
IALFM Board’s Message to Community:
We understand you may have questions regarding how Governor Abbott’s Executive Order impacts IALFM and its current policies.

While the Governor’s executive order removes the statewide mask mandate (effective March 10, 2021), it does not overturn organizational policies regarding masks. Also note that the order does not eliminate social distancing. Please refer to #4 in the Executive Order from Governor Abbott.

At this time there is no change to IALFM current policies regarding masks and social distancing. Masks and social distancing are required for all those attending prayers at IALFM inside or outside the masjid facility, for daily or Friday prayers.

Jazak Allah Khair,
IALFM Board of Directors
